These rules are effective May 1st, 2008 and apply when using the Gift Shop Rewards Key Tag:

• You will be given a Gift Shop Rewards Key Tag when you sign up for the Lori’s Gifts Rewards Program. Your key tag must be shown to the cashier at the time of purchase to receive credit.

• Earn 1 Rewards Point for each whole dollar that is spent (excluding tax). If your total is less than $1.00, then a point is not earned on that transaction.

• You will receive a $10.00 Rewards Coupon for every 200 Rewards Points earned in the gift shop.

• Sales tax is not included in your total spent balance, and any returns you make will be deducted.

• Rewards Points are not earned for purchases of service items such as gift certificates, stamps, movie tickets, tokens, metro cards, parking tickets, or on Vendor Shows.

• Rewards Points are not earned on discounted, sale, or clearance merchandise, magazines, newspapers, paperback novels or tobacco products.

• Rewards Coupons are redeemable for merchandise only. Rewards Coupons are not redeemable for service items.

• No cash will be given back if the full amount of the Rewards Coupon is not used.

• Purchases made using different key tags cannot be combined.

• Lori’s is not responsible for lost or stolen key tags and Rewards Points cannot be transferred to another account.

• Key tags may only be used by the original applicant. Violations of this provision will result in forfeiture of all Rewards Points.

• Retroactive credit for prior purchases cannot be given.

• Rewards Coupons will be sent within 60 days after 200 Rewards Points are earned.

• Lori’s reserves the right to discontinue or change the Rewards Program at any time.

• Not valid for employees of Lori’s Gifts.

NOTE: Lost or expired coupons will not be replaced.
